By purchasing this monthly subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Overview

This is a monthly recurring payment of $33 AUD, granting you access to one (1) live online group Psychic Tarot Party session each month, facilitated by Tara Lea.

Each session includes collective Tarot and psychic guidance, energy work, and intuitive support. Replays will be available for those who cannot attend live.

2. Payment Terms

  • Subscription payments are processed monthly on the date of your original purchase.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and up-to-date.
  • If your payment fails, access to the monthly session will be paused until payment is received.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital and time-based offerings, all payments are final and non-refundable, including missed sessions or cancellations made after a payment has been processed.

Replays will be provided for all subscribers, so you can still access the guidance if you’re unable to attend live.

 

5. Personal Responsibility

Psychic readings and Tarot are for guidance and personal insight only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, financial, or medical advice.

All information shared during sessions is offered in good faith, but decisions and actions remain your personal responsibility.

6. Code of Conduct

This is a sacred, inclusive, and respectful space. Any disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in removal from the session or subscription, without refund.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

While this is a group setting, you are expected to respect the privacy of other participants. What is shared in the session stays in the session.

8. Changes to the Offering

Tara reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or update the format of the group sessions as needed. Subscribers will be notified of any major changes in advance.
